Club Foot
This set of pictures shows what improvements can be made to a club foot. Of course, any changes that are made depend on a number of factors, such as the age of the horse, how long the pathology has been present, how much movement the horse gets, diet, etc.
This horse was six years old in 2009 and was being trimmed "conventionally" only every 10 to 12 weeks. In about the middle of 2010, the horse moved to a new property with a larger pasture, improved nutrition, and increased work undersaddle. It was at this point that accelerated improvement in the hooves began.
